In 2021, the Diemme Food company celebrated thirteen years of activity. This corporate story was led with a solid team made up of people who have known each other for a long time. The activity was useful for deepening personal knowledge between colleagues, with the aim of paying mutual homage for the goals and successes achieved by the company in these 13 years.

In this case, a cultural and historical path of undoubted interest was organized, focusing on the relational well-being of colleagues. Beginning from a short boat ride, we moved on to a guided tour of the historic city of Como and its cathedral. Also, we have added a guided tour of the so called Teatro Sociale of Como where an unexpected performance by a pianist took place, followed by a great gala dinner.
It is not sure that after years of business experience, the knowledge of the company and colleagues is taken for granted. The aim of this cooking class was to deepen the business knowledge of individuals, working on the group atmosphere. This event was done to verify that everyone was still aligned after a complex transition period.

A series of corporate successes required, in this case, a simple moment of leisure and well-being to balance “people’s climate”. To do this, a guided tour of the Museo della Barca Lariana was organized with consequent playful team building activities and a gala dinner with live music. The group moved by bus from Hilton Lake Como, with a historical tour guide who told the wonders of the western side of one of the most famous lakes in the world: the Como Lake.

With HT it was crucial to think about the corporate past to increase the engagement of collaborators and reflect on the needs of the future. Each team analyzed the peculiarities of their company, carrying out reflections that could inspire their colleagues with the clear intention of maintaining solid relationships and synergies for the continuation of its path.
In this case, the company participated in an interactive tasting, reflecting on the taste and characteristics of the selected wines and trying to construct metaphors with some business processes. Definitely a way to "switch off" from the full immersion of wines, playing with an instrument that is always very appreciated: wine.
