#OneTeamShow is a dynamic, engaging team building activity in which participants learn to move together until they build a shared performance.
The activity is led by Andrea Cangemi, a professional dancer, alongside the COREFAB staff. Step by step, participants create a simple, energetic choreography that is accessible to everyone — including those who have never danced in their lives. The perfect format for conventions, kick-offs and company celebrations looking to close on a high emotional note.
How #OneTeamShow works
The activity opens with a collective warm-up that breaks the ice and puts everyone on the same level, whatever their experience.
Andrea Cangemi then introduces the routine sequence by sequence, at a level of difficulty designed to be within anyone’s reach, while the COREFAB staff follows the subgroups and supports anyone who needs an extra run-through. The group tries, gets it wrong, laughs and tries again: synchrony is born out of shared repetition.
As the sequences come together, people stop looking at their own feet and start looking at each other. This is the moment when listening, coordination and mutual attention become concrete rather than theoretical.
The experience culminates in the final performance in front of the whole audience, filmed by a professional video crew. The activity runs from 120 to 150 minutes in total.
