Transform your team into a living work of art with the #MannequinChallenge.
This team-building format is a test of synchronization, creativity, and scenic precision, culminating in a final video with strong emotional and visual impact.
It’s the perfect activity for large groups who want to celebrate their corporate identity or deliver a new message in an unforgettable way.
The activity involves dividing participants into groups and assigning each group a theme (or a specific team) for the creation of a “mannequin parade.”
Each subgroup decides how to position its members to represent the assigned theme as if creating a tableau vivant.
The ultimate goal is to create a smooth pathway that allows a videographer to film the entire sequence of motionless “mannequins” in a single long take.
At the end of the filming, the filmmaker steps aside to edit the audio and perform color correction. By the end of the session, the final video is ready and projected to the entire audience.
the final goal (the single long take) requires every group to work in harmony with the whole.
participants practice expression and visual thinking to communicate a concept while remaining completely still.
the immediate viewing of the edited video creates a strong sense of pride and belonging.
the format handles the participation of hundreds of colleagues simultaneously with excellent efficiency.
#MannequinChallenge can be hosted in large indoor or outdoor spaces that allow camera movement.
It is perfect for plenary halls in conference hotels in Milan, historic venues with large halls in Rome, or hangars and exhibition spaces throughout Italy.
The important thing is to have a space suitable for the number of participants to create the visual pathway.
the final edited video, a tangible and shareable reminder of the team’s effectiveness.
the awareness that success depends on the precision and static contribution of each individual member.
the discovery of new forms of non-verbal expression and visual communication.
The format is suitable for a minimum of 50 participants to ensure the scenic impact. There is potentially no maximum number: if the group exceeds 300 people, the editing phase is simply accelerated to stay within the schedule.
Absolutely not. The format requires creativity in positioning and the ability to remain still, not acting skills.
At the end of the filming, a maximum of 30 minutes is needed for video and audio editing. It is helpful to plan an agenda activity during this time as well (coffee break or closing speech).
The room where the final video will be shown must be equipped with a suitable screen and audio system to ensure high-quality viewing.
The experience generally lasts between 2 and 3 hours, including briefing, preparation, filming, and the technical break for editing before the final screening.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"). Google Ireland Limited is owned by Google LLC USA. Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and examine the use of this site, compile reports on its activities, and share them with other services developed by Google.
To ensure greater compliance with the GDPR regarding the transfer of data outside the EU, such transfers should only be carried out in anonymous form. It is important to emphasize that simple anonymization does not provide a sufficient level of protection for personal data exported outside the EU. For this reason, the data sent to Google Analytics, and therefore potentially accessible outside the EU, can be anonymized using a proxy system called My Agile Pixel. This system can replace your personal data, such as your IP address, with anonymous information that cannot be traced back to you. As a result, in the event of a data transfer to non-EU countries or to the United States, it will not be your personal data being transferred, but rather anonymous data.
