THE INGREDIENTS OF MANAGEMENT

This training course aims to train character (seen as the essence of the person) and transversal skills to manage a team of people effectively, efficiently, and empathically. How?

1 – Identification of one’s personal resources to enhance their effectiveness and place them at the service of one’s management objectives;

2 – Building a common vision and values to be passed on to the team;

3 – Learning the principles of open and clear communication to develop team strategies and build team trust; 4 – Developing a complexity management style using the Getting Things Done ® method;

5 – Embracing a Kaizen-oriented approach to work (continuous improvement).

Through experiential learning, participants identify and have the opportunity to improve their behaviors, testing their soft skills in the field, through involvement in challenging activities that also involve the inclusion of other people. A highly recommended business training experience.

FEMALE LEADERSHIP

In the training course proposed by Corefab we have decided to include a theme we really care about, which is the enhancement of the role of women in the company. An immersive experiential path was therefore designed to develop the ability to exploit strengths and bring out the best part of one’s talent. The goal of this training course is to strengthen the leadership of the participants by making them more aware of their abilities and of the external interference they could face; it aims at facilitating the discussion on the issues of diversity and inclusion. A program of 6 modules with the possibility of working over 1 or 2 weekends including 2 days in the classroom involving the trainees in metaphorical activities designed to be in line with the objectives to be achieved. This contributes not only to giving a more practical cut to the training course but to creating an impactful and incisive experience on several levels and on the results achieved. The path is customized and created ad hoc for each company, and it can be done: IN CLASSROOM or RESIDENTIAL (surrounded by NATURE). It is possible to activate the campus in different locations by taking advantage of the Outdoor activities.

An essential element in the holistic approach of personal and business development is the personal image: a fundamental resource, albeit sometimes underestimated, which must be managed with attention and specific techniques.

From the inner image (the relationship with oneself),
to the visual image (appearance) up to the concept of “proven image” (better known as “reputation”), the image is a complex concept with a fundamental role in showing one’s inner self, and also in communicating one’s own world of belonging (especially the company, as a modeling environment);
it is a filter to seize or lose opportunities, both personally and professionally.

Consequently, we have devised a training course during which participants will learn to intelligently manage their potential in order to improve the way they present themselves and learn efficient techniques to find the best version of themselves.

Easy English Lombardia Easy English Lombardia is a cultural association that has been operating since 2010. It represents a group of native English teachers from different English-speaking countries, all resident in Italy where they have gained extensive teaching experience in both the public and private sectors. The aim of the association is to cooperate for the promotion of the English language and culture in our territory. Our projects are designed to meet the needs of different age groups: CHILDREN AND TEENS Children including pre-school age up to high school students. Theater workshops, games, and English Summer Camps, including residential ones, to motivate your children and bring them closer to the English language. SPEAKING will be privileged, without however neglecting the work on the structures of the language, which will always be introduced in a playful and motivating context. ADULTS Our courses (group or “one to one”) can be “tailor-made” to meet the individual needs of the members. “General English” courses in accordance with the levels established by the European Framework (A1 / A2 – B1 / B2 – C1 / C2) and Business English courses (also customized) with the introduction of “situational English” teaching units that propose the language in real contexts and close to the working environment.
