ABOUT US
Corefab was born from the entrepreneurial experience of over 40 years ago, an innovative project dedicated to the world of entrepreneurs and professionals, with the aim of allowing new business projects to have a real and concrete opportunity in the business world.

Chiara Marelli
General Manager
I inherited the entrepreneurial attitude from my family by building a network of high-level entrepreneurs and professionals around me.
Our team buildings are aimed at companies that want to share moments of leisure with their employees so that they can regain energy and collaboration with the aim of collecting measurable data on the impact of happiness and well-being of human resources to improve company productivity.
My greatest passion is the mountains. Boots and backpack are always close at hand!
My greatest aspiration is that the team building activities we are starting on Lake Como, in the area where I live, in the mountainous part of the municipality of Bellagio in Civenna, can create economic, environmental and social value, paying great attention to aspects related to sustainability and the circular economy.
The higher he climbs, the farther he sees; the farther he sees, the longer he dreams. (Walter Bonatti)
Marco Menoncello
Business Development Manager
Creative, empathetic, proactive, and determined. A stable balance between skills and abilities.
I have worked in tourism and events, in various companies.
I have always covered roles in which commercial development, or the sale of services were central themes for the business.
I am an enthusiast, capable of managing a team and making it a close-knit and solid team.
And in the co-working of Corefab I pursue my goal: to create relationships and business, continuing to do a fun job that more often becomes passion.

Enriched by years of personal activity in the Alps, both as a mountaineer and as a ski mountaineer, and by some experiences in the Himalayas and in northern Europe, he has always had the luck and the ability to immerse himself in fascinating natural environments, sometimes isolated and very wild ones.
In 2002 he overshadowed the vertical world to devote himself to sophisticated hiking. He participates in the selections for medium mountain guide, and two years later he receives the professional qualification by joining the college of the Alpine Guides of Lombardy. He then founded the TRACCIAtrekking association.
